Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Diya tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated return label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
